Many of our customers require system validation to support key regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records used in clinical trials, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). sampleminded® provides resources to support customers in validating their sampleminded® systems for regulatory compliance.

We provide our customers with an initial validation package that may be used, modified, and reused during an audit. Validation documentation includes system specifications, test plans, and test cases, together with a traceability matrix which makes it easy to verify system specifications and requirements for the test cases. Customers may tailor these test scripts to their own needs, making them work for their business requirements, and executing performance qualification of their sampleminded® systems.
