We are a relatively new professional services entity that was organized in February 2008. The company formed as a partnership between the founders of two accomplished small businesses: Dave Fuhrman of Cimarron Software, Inc. and Steve Fuhrman and Brett Bernstein of Helio, LLC. The partnership was created to combine the diverse experience and expertise of the two organizations, each accomplished market leaders in their own domains.

Cimarron has over 25 years' experience in software development and related consulting services in the bioinformatics and clinical research informatics fields. Helio has focused more than 15 years of consulting and system integration services on business processes, IT infrastructure, and financial operations for biomedical medical devices and life sciences companies.
